Room Booking
- All reservations are subject to availability.
- Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Charges
- Up to 2 hours of 2000/- per room.
- Beyond 6 hours full charges per tent will be levied respectively.
- Extension of Stay would be subject to availability.
- Foreign nationals are required to present their Passport and valid visa.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the tents and is only permitted in the respective smoking zone.
- It is mandatory for any Indian to carry a valid ID proof and present at the time of Check-in.
- Once the booking has been made, no postponement will be done. If still, someone wants to change the booking date after confirmation, then cancellation charges will be taken and a new booking will be made for the new date.
- All the outdoor Astronomy activities performed at Astroport Site are weather-dependent. In case of inappropriate or bad weather, alternate feasible indoor activities would be conducted.
- The reservation shall be confirmed only after making a 100% advance payment.
- The Guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the resort property caused by them.
- Subject to the availability of rooms, we can offer you an early check-in and late checkout facility.
Events and Day Visits
- All bookings & tickets are subject to availability.
- Event or Astronomy program cancellation/postponement rights are reserved with Astroport India.
- No refund will be initiated in case of cancellation/postponement from the participant’s end.
- All the outdoor Astronomy activities performed at Astroport Site are weather-dependent. In case of inappropriate or bad weather, alternate feasible indoor activities would be conducted.
- Day visit charges are non-refundable. Astronomy activity once booked, cannot be canceled.
- The Guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the resort property caused by them.
Cancellation Policy
Duration Cancellation Amount
Between 7-15 days before arrival applicable GST will be deducted
More than 7 days from the date of arrival 25% Cancellation Charge
Between 4- 2 days from the date of arrival 50% Cancellation Charge
Less than 2 days from date of arrival 100 % Cancellation Charge
- The cancellation Amount is calculated as per the total booking amount.
- Applicable GST will be deducted on all refunds.
- Long Weekends Bookings like New Year, Christmas, Holi, Diwali, etc. are Non-refundable.
- All 3rd party charges are non-refundable and cannot be postponed once booked.
- No refunds in case of cancellation of trip due to a natural calamity/ logistical issues. If there will be any situation/circumstances which are uncontrollable no refund or postponement will be done by Astroport India.
- All the refunds are processed within 24hrs and the amount is credited within 5 working days.
